Everything DiSC® Group Culture Profile supports teams to understand the priorities, needs, goals, fears, emotions, and behaviours within the team culture.
Team culture has a large impact on the behaviour, attitudes, and satisfaction of each team member - people who fit into the culture often feel right at home within the group while other people might feel like they are on the outside.
We use the Everything DiSC® Group Culture Profile to explore:

The team assessment creates a team dashboard of scores against the Five Behaviours which we use to facilitate team discussions around how they want to develop these behaviours through better communication, collaboration and teamwork.

Systemic Team Coaching is our most rigorous team development approach which facilitates an in-depth inquiry to identify and clarify the perspectives of key stakeholders, both inside and outside the team.
We do this by interviewing the core stakeholders to build a full picture of who the team is there to ‘serve’ and to identify what ‘future needs’ they have of the team.
